Rural Scholarships are available to support individuals in NSW who demonstrate a passion for rural and commitment for any career that will ensure the future success of rural and regional NSW.   

Scholarships of $5,000 for full-time study or $2,500 for part-time study are available. 



1) Applications have now opened for the Cattle Council of Australia's 2016 NAB Agribusiness Rising Champion Initiative. The aim of the rising champion initiative is to inspire, empower and support young people passionate about the Australian beef industry, and to provide them with an opportunity to be directly involved. http://www.cattlecouncil.com.au/rising-champions

2) 2016 Scholarship Application Open to Marcus Oldham Rural Leadership Programme.- Are you tomorrow’s leader in the Australian Beef Industry? Do you know someone who will be a leader tomorrow in the Australian Beef Industry? If you answered yes to either of these questions, then Fairfax Agricultural Media (Fairfax) together with the Australian Beef Industry Foundation (ABIF) are offering the opportunity for two people involved in the beef supply chain, aged between 21 and 40 to attend a one-week Marcus Oldham Rural Leadership program at the Marcus Oldham College in Geelong, Victoria at the end of June.
