1.10pm – 1.30pm Logistics of Showground Access: Entry, Gates Requirements, QR, Online Ticketing, Other options, Cash, Paperwork, Contact Storage
1.30pm – 3.00pm Planning Your Show: 6 key sections for your Covid Health Plan
Breaking Down Your Show: ‘White board approach’ - areas, people flow, highlighting blockages and analysing risks.
Traffic Management: Vehicles, People, Livestock
3.00 – 3.30pm Afternoon Tea. Time with entertainers is not encouraged to ensure program runs efficiently
3.30pm – 4.15pm The Big Decisions: Financial efficiencies, more for less, are there sacrifices to remain viable?
4.15pm – 4.30pm Volunteer Management: Managing the increased need for volunteers, shows working together
4.30 pm – 5.00pm Putting it together: What your show will look like in our post Covid world
5.00pm – 6.15pm Entertainment – including a walk through of patron management with the Showmen’s Guild
6:15pm – 7.00pm Dinner provided by The Showmen’s Guild
7.00pm – 8:00pm Evening Entertainment Display - TBC
NOTE: Entry only available via online registration and limited to only 2 members per Show Society.
We may be able to accept more numbers as the Covid restrictions are revised and will advise shows accordingly. Prior online registration/QR registration is mandatory for our Covid-Safe Event management and to simulate how your show could implement online ticketing/registration and data collection. More information will be available in due course.
