Mr Kelso Looker

Kelso Looker, who comes from the New England region, in Northern New South Wales, has been involved in the vibrant tapestry of agricultural shows from a young age. For over a decade, Kelso has played integral roles at the Armidale Show, including serving as President and Secretary. Beyond the showgrounds, Kelso's commitment to education shines through his involvement with the New England Community College, and for over ten years, he has actively been involved in the National Red Poll Youth Camp as Activities Coordinator, mentoring young judges and fostering a love of the beef industry. Since 2017, Kelso has brought his fresh perspective to the AgShows NSW Board, when at the time he was the youngest Group Elected Delegate/Director in ASC history. He currently serves as the Education & Innovation Chair, with his focus on blending innovation with tradition to ensure that agricultural shows not only survive but thrive, adapting to modern challenges while preserving their rich heritage.
