Documentation for Online Show Entry Systems
Show Societies using Online Entries should include the following information within their terms and conditions which the Participant must declare they have read and understood.
- Online electronic Waiver Declaration. All words must be included in the body of your online platform
- General Code of Conduct
- Condition of Entry to Showgrounds
- AgShows NSW General Regulations
- The Schedule appropriate to the Online Entry Competition (this can be a hyperlink)
- The Rules and Regulations appropriate to the Online Entry Competition. Rules and Regulations are often left unread. However, they are an important element of your Shows risk mitigation plus give you a reference point if you have to verify information to an Exhibitor. (this can be a hyperlink)
- Health Declarations appropriate to the Online Entry Competition. (this can be a hyperlink) which can be completed and submitted with your online entry or returned to the Show Society as a fillable PDF.
By ticking the box which agrees to Entry Terms and Conditions, it is acknowledged that the Participant (Entrant/Exhibitor/Competitor/Handler/Owner) afore mentioned in the online entry details accept the Waiver and other conditions, and this serves as an electronic signature.
