AgShows NSW is developing its next Strategic Plan to provide a clear, practical roadmap that will guide decision-making, strengthen our organisation and support the future of Agricultural Shows across New South Wales.

As part of this process, we have engaged Let'sCo, an independent strategy facilitation team with extensive experience working alongside member-based organisations and industry bodies. Through surveys, interviews and facilitated workshops, Let'sCo uses a collaborative co-design approach to understand what stakeholders value, identify opportunities for improvement and help shape a shared direction for the future.

A message from Ellie O'Hara & Josh Fielding, Strategy Facilitators, Let'sCo

Agricultural Show Societies are incredibly diverse, and every community has its own strengths, opportunities and challenges. Our role is to listen carefully, identify the common themes emerging across the network and help develop a Strategic Plan that reflects what matters most to members while providing a clear direction for AgShows NSW.

We will collate and analyse all survey responses and use these insights to inform the AgShows NSW Board Strategy Workshop later this year. The priorities identified through this process will play an important role in shaping the organisation's next Strategic Plan.
